If your item was purchased at Windy City Diamonds and never appraised, contact us and we will provide an updated appraisal for you. If your purchased item as been appraised and is in need of an update, we will happily provide this for you. Simply give us a call.

Insurance/Appraisals
Your insurance on any one of our products is determined by an appraisal – an insurance claim by the company determining the worth of the item in today’s market (which fluctuates depending upon the given price of gold and gemstones).
