Certified Diamonds Return Policy
Certified Diamonds are 100% refundable up to 30 days after the original purchase as long as they are returned in the original, undamaged mint condition, and returned with the accompanying original laboratory report.
Certified Diamond Exchange Policy
Certified Diamonds are eligible for our exchange policy, which allows for an exchange of any certified diamond purchased from Windy City Diamonds, LLC, at the full original purchase price towards any certified diamond of greater value purchased at Windy City Diamonds, as long as the original diamond is exchanged in the original pristine, unaltered, undamaged mint condition and is accompanied by the original laboratory report.
Custom Made Jewelry Return Policy
Custom made jewelry has been manufactured exclusively for you and is non-refundable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Windy City Diamonds.
