A one year limited warranty is offered FREE of charge with the original purchase of your diamond ring.
What is Covered for a period of 1 Year:
- Defects in workmanship
- Loss of any diamond less than or equal to 0.05 carats in weight due to normal wear and tear.
- Repair as necessary to maintain the expected wear-ability of your diamond ring
- Repair of any broken prongs from your ring
- Tightening of any stones that occur within the normal wear and tear of a ring
- Must bring proof of purchase and/or inspection to exercise warranty.
Lifetime Coverage for the Original Owner
- Free Cleaning for the lifetime of your ring*
- Free inspection for the lifetime of your ring
What is not covered
This is not a replacement plan. Nothing herein shall obligate Windy City Diamonds, LLC to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the Merchandise other than normal wear and tear. This plan does not cover the loss or theft of the Merchandise or damage resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or Act of God. Any work done on merchandise by anyone other than Windy City Diamonds, LLC and it’s authorized affiliates shall make this agreement null and void. All work must be done solely by WCD and its authorized affiliates.
Under no circumstances shall WCD be liable to Purchaser or any other person for consequential, incidental, economic, direct, indirect general, or special damages arising out of any breach of warranty, express or implied, under this contract.
Purchase and Inspection Information
We recommend that you bring your fine jewelry purchased at Windy City Diamonds, LLC to us for periodic cleaning and inspection. This cleaning and inspection service is offered Free of Charge to you for the lifetime of your jewelry. This does not include re-polishing or Rhodium plating of your fine jewelry, which does carry an additional charge.
