Diamonds?
Diamonds are 100% refundable up to 30 days after the
original purchase as long as they are returned in the original
condition and with all accompanying original
certificates.
What happens after the 30
days?
After 30 days, Diamonds are 70% refundable from the
original purchase price, when accompanied by the original laboratory report, and
in the original condition.
What If I decide that I would
like to trade my diamond for something
else?
If you wish to upgrade any certified diamond that you
purchased at Windy City Diamonds, L.L.C., we offer a you the full amount
that you originally paid for your diamond, at any time, as long as the
diamond has not been damaged or altered, and is accompanied by the original
laboratory report that you received when you purchased your
diamond.
Conditions to be aware
of:
Diamonds are only refundable with the
original laboratory report, and must be in the original mint
condition.
Mountings and Labor are not refundable
at any time.
How
Long Does it Take to Make a Custom Made Ring?
Normally,
we can manufacture a custom designed piece of jewelry for you within
about 2 to 3 weeks. This is amazingly fast compared to most
manufacturers.
How
much extra does it cost to make a Custom Piece of
Jewelry?
There
is a misconception that this process must be very expensive. The reality
is that someone must make the ring in the first place, we are simply doing this
for you, so the additional expense is very
little to make this piece of jewelry exactly the way you would like it. No
need to compromise on your ring. After all, this will be worn for a long
time.
What

Jewelry?
Custom designed and manufactured jewelry has been made exclusively for
you and is non-refundable.
